Clint Boone, CPA
Senior Manager
Clint’s background includes a blend of public and private sector accounting experience. Prior to working
at Neville Wainio CPAs, Clint began his career providing audit and attestation services to municipalities,
counties, school districts, utilities, cooperatives, not-for-profit organizations, and a variety of other
industries. After several years of public accounting, he gained years of private industry experience in
various management and executive roles in accounting and finance departments within healthcare,
utility, and local government organizations. He later returned to public accounting to focus on his
interest in providing audit and accounting services to clients.
Clint specializes in assurance and attestation services, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis,
controller and CFO services, and business processes reviews and implementations. He is qualified to
perform audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, Federal Single Audit Uniform
Guidance, and Florida Single Audit requirements.
Clint graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from St. Leo University. He continues his education
through regular CPE and has consistently met the requirement to complete “Yellow Book” audits. He
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
